From past to now, we have witnessed the differences among personalities and capacity of men and women. It is true that one of the most important issues that many people of today society are very concerned for is the gender roles in work. In this essay, I totally claim that all jobs are equal for both males and females.

Initially, gender discrimination has been eliminated in our modern life, and this is right in job. In the past, women certainly have to do menial or daunting tasks, for example housework or must devote time to caring the children. Whereas, en can have sufficient time to do their work in companies. But this is completely changed today. More specifically, plenty of business sectors have attempted to create gender-fair environment. Indra Nooyi, who is PepsiCo's general manager, is a salient example of female's abilities. This means that women can do great job similar to men; indeed, the former is not treated secondary to the later.

Equally importantly, I would content that the appearance of both males and females in a workplace can generate working motivation. In a fast-track scheme of every corporation, men can master new skills from women, or reverse. For instance, most of companies have both males and females staffs to do their enormous workload. Interacting with other colleagues who have other sex can inspire workers work more efficiently, and in some situation, this inspiration may help them to move up the ladder. We can imagine a boring and humdrum job whether there are only men or women in a workplace.

By way of conclusion, I once again reaffirm my position that all jobs can be done well by both males and females.

Some people say that children with different abilities should be taught in different classes at school; other; however , think that streaming education has more disadvantages than advantages, and that all children should be taught in one and same class.

Discuss both of the views. which do you support? give reason for your answer.

A much debated issue these days is whether youngster with assorted capacities ought to be educated in dissimilar level at school. Many people are of the opinion that we should implement this, while some opposite opinion suppose distinctive classes bring more drawback. This essay will analyse both pros and cons of this idea.

First of all, classifying dissimilar students to suitable environment can help talented students who always want to prove themselves have chance to develop more quickly. Indeed, with favorable programme, they can abridge the time need to complete every grade. Not only that, these classes also support students have lower capacity. When teacher have adequate time to care them, they will not feel inferior, as study with superior others., Besides, owing to categorize level of students, educators have more opportunites. What appropriate syllabus and agenda for their class may enhance aptitude for white-collar youngster.

However , specialized education also bring a lot of fault . The fight for justice and democracy in class is an essential prerequisite for youngsters. But, if streaming classes are enforced , this may be difficult to implemented . Beyond , less intelligent children do not have chance to interact with smarter partner. In young generation, exchange relations between pupils have reversed level are really crucial . Evidently, this education system will make to increase self-conceited and self-abased children.

From all things considered, although a great many people hold firm to their beliefs that we need to eliminate specialized education , I am convinced that this is very necessary for us, especially, in changeable world today.

People naturally resist making changes in their lives. What kind of problems can this cause? What solutions can you suggest?

Recent years, it would seem more people counteract changes that they meet in their lives. This is issue of today's concern. From my point of view, people maybe meet adverse side effects if they have this character. This essay will analyse the negative effects of their resistance.

First of all, when people go abroad to study or work, they must adapt new culture and local people. In case they still keep their counteraction, they cannot connected with any other and learn new things from new places. Moreover, there will not a co-operation of colleagues, this could lead to fallen of ambitious career in the future.On the other hand, life is not always beautiful. Occasionally, people must modify themselves to adjust various circumstances. Conservative character may lead friends keep away from them, as a results that they face with an isolated living.

Therfore, although there are many serious consequences when people withstand making changes, there are still several solutions of action to open heart of everyone. They need to learn change management due to change is indispensable in the life nowadays. One of the ways is people could do many things flexibily depend on elements. Another course is they must go out and exchange relations, it makes them be confident and eliminate their conservation disposition.

Taking into account all the factors mentioned above, I reach the conclusion that opposing changes in the life can leads to a lot of negative effects. Actually, we still have many ways to deal with them.
