Due to the work of mechanical workshop, often working in industrial environments which are contaminated by noise, dust and poison gas etc especially for the specialized welding team of workshop. So, equipping with carbon mask is important and necessary for work safety.

Be more specific, for the particular and important positions such as: grinding systems, grate cooler system and network of big fans etc. The positions have a narrow space and the circulation of air at low level. Therefore, equipping carbon masks is required and indispensable. On the one hand it impacts on workers' health on the other hand it impacts on the quality and rating progress of work.

To improve work safety as well as quality and rating progress of work. Workshop has completed the purchase of buying 100 carbon mask to equip and replaced several damaged masks.

I am training in writing english too. I like to read your essay. It offers me a lot of things which do help me in grammar. Through your essay, easy to recognize that James is your model, one in million and very important to you. But in my point of view, our parents influence us very much. When you were a little child, parents taught you the basic things in your life. they helped you to go through difficulties you meet. They both helped you the world as it is. Furthermore, they built the stable base which helps you get, feel anything from James or someone.

Thank you so much Didgerigoo. Could i ask you one more question? About the sentence " I work in the mechanical workshop which solve any problem occur in company". I meant our Mechanical workshop will be solved any problems not me. So could i use relative pronoun "which" as mentioned above?.

Hi everybody I'm Le. I'm an engineer. I'm from vietnam. I really love english but I'm living and working in a small town where there's no good english center to train english. Thus, I train by myself. I hope I will get a little help from all of you. Thanks!

My short essay

Introducing my work

I'm a mechanical engineer. I had been trained regularly and methodically in mechanical branch at university of transport and communications. I graduated on october 8th, 2010. I have been working for PHU machinery .,LTD for two years and two months. At PHU machinery I work in the mechanical workshop which solve any problem occur in company. The first eight

months I was responsible for supervising repair works, finding out and creating the maintenance process for mechanical equipments. I also created the enclosed repair process for all important equipments if necessary. I could explain specifically as follows:

- supervision includes: analyzing and judging specifically daily works for quality, rating of progress and workers' labour attitude.
- finding out and creating maintenance process include: creating effective maintenance processes for the most important equipments and a few which work in an extremely hot environment.

-creating a repair process documentation guide includes: creating a repair process for some of important equipments which are difficult to dismount.
