Imagination of an individual provide a path to work upon and make things go smoothly. Almost in every field it is required, it gives a clear cut demarcation between an ordinary person and a visionary. Right from doing mundane works to highly arduous tasks, imagination and creativity helps in making that task easier.Its not only limited to professional and academic fields, without imagination life of a person will becomes dull.

Famoust artists like Picaso, Da Vinci, Bob Marley reached the paragon of their field because of their imagination not because of knowledge in their particular field. Mere bookish knowledge about art, music, engineering would not make marvelous piece of work, imagination is critical to create that bookish knowledge into reality. Wonders of the world like Tajmahal, Great wall of china, Pyramids and others, are extraordinary works in engineering and master piece in pure aesthetic way, only because of imagination of people to build great structures.

Famous business empire today, are because of the imagination of their founders to make their name a brand at global market. People like Steve Jobs and his vision to provide something different, something unique to customers built the whole market share of Apple Inc. Imagination is key point of innovation, with current market filled with plethora of sundry electronic devices. Only new and different products would survive the cut throat competition. Competitors like Samsung, Apple and Nokia rely mainly on innovation to beat each other.

However, imagination without knowledge will be futile. All the CEO's of famouse company share one commen factor, that is they are imaginative, but other factor that they share is they all are well versed in thier particular field. Founder of Facebook, Mark Zuckerburg is very imaginative, but without knowledge of coding, he would not have built a company that is spread across boundaries. Conclusively, both imagination and knowledge are complementary to each other. Both should go hand in hand, with only one of the characteristic, one can not excel.

Society should make efforts to save endangered species only if the potential extinction of those species is the result of human activities.

Ecosystem has a balance between predators and preys. Every species that are present on planet Earth, serves a purpose. With the development of humankind, it has created a concern of edengered species. As population has exploded, more and more area of forest are encroached upon. To feed more population more agricultural field is required. Each year forest cover on land is decreasing, and is being converted into agricultural land. It is moral obligation of society to make an effort to save endangered species, as it is making of their own.

Not only moral obligation, but now it has become a need of society to work upon their ill will. In recent times there has been several incidents of human-animal interaction. More and more animals are seen near the human populace. This serves as one of the warning to humankind, as not to play with their habitat. There is a set food chain among species, if any link is disturbed it might get dangerous for humans as well. Another incident that has been discussed recently, is killing of sharks for their fins, which are highly profitable. The ruthless killing of sharks has caused their population to decrease. All these malice are one way are another result of human activities and they will have to work on restoring the balance.

One of the major causes of this mess is Global warming. Abrupt changes in weather condition makes it hard for animals to survive. In several cases, these efforts have been promoted and there has been a serious improvement as in case of Tiger population in India. Efforts made by Indian government has led to increase in number of Tigers in India. These efforts should not be restricted on just animals but also to plants. Several plants have been used for medication purposes like Tulsi, Neem. There might be possibility that some plants may contain herbs to cure deadly disease.

Some may argue about survival of the fittest theory, that only the fit may survive. But this theory is for natural catastrophe not man-made. No doubt Human kind is fittest and has the intellectual capability to survive, but it has started to degrade the bio-diversity and natural balance among the species. Other may argue about money will be wasted on such products, which instead could be used in benefiting human kind by eradication of poverty and other problems. But this problem may not be deadly right now but it is insidious. sooner the efforts are taken better it will be for we humans.

It makes individual ready for showing their skills and talents in exigencies. Oftentimes it is said: more you sweat in your training less you bleed in war. If an individual has any particular skillset, and trained properly, he becomes an asset. Identifying people with specific skillset at an early stage provides an upperhand. Society should identify children with specific talent, and train them to become an asset.

It is a well proven fact that grasping power at early stage is much higher than that of adults. A child lerns faster, he is curious and free of other problems. There are several cases, where adults take more time than a child like learning a new language, riding a bike or skates. Society should focus on identifying talents among children and train them accordingly. In case of sports, often the most successful sports person are those who starts training at very young age like Messi, Ronaldo, Phelps. Good players from school teams are picked up and trained, eventually this encourages them to pursue sports as their career.

Not only in the field of sports, this should be done in other fields also like science, arts, literature. Current schooling system lacks platform for children to develop their specific skills. Students are forced to study the same curriculum and then appear for exams, this routine work has killed creativity among young generation. Society should conduct programs to identify talents among children. Depending upon these specific talents, specific training should be provided along with the regular essential schooling.

However, this thing should not be forced upon children. They should be guided and motivated to pursue their dream along with realizing them of their potential. In China, several children are taken away from their homes and put into boarding schools where they are trained depending upon their skills. This has been done without the consent of children, they have been put through immense hardship. This is in a way violation of child rights, these children are devoid of love, affection, and comfort of their home.
