I am writing in regards to an old woman a relative of mine who was lended a helping hand when others ignored her.the event took place on 11 October 2017,Tuesday in the evening at the emporium mall. She was there to buy gifts for her grand daughters and was busy in shopping. Meanwhile a bottle of water has leaked and spilled on the floor.Inadvertently she slipped too,her head hitting the wall. Austere pain began in her backbone.Numerous people walked by but none of them helped even though her condition was clearly visible.All they did was give a sad look.

The old woman tried to get up seeking support from the wall.A young man was passing by.Seeing her he rushed to assist her.The woman told her what had happened and about her pains.He quickly took her to a nearby medical center. Bruises were not that serious. Pain in the backbone was the only problem.That man paid the bills ,made her sit in a taxi,paid the driver and told him to take her home. My aunt doesn't know who that man was but she daily remembers him in prayers.

It is essential to bring this incident at the fore of the public because it teaches a good lesson.Children should be taught good manners. Showing consideration and helping others is very important as one day we will be old today.Respect is rarely found in our society. Most of the people do not even care for others which is not a good thing.We should think it as a responsibility and assist others and try our best that no one feels helpless.

Raika, first of all, the approach that you took to writing this essay is totally wrong. You are supposed to be writing a letter to the editor about a stranger helping an elderly relative of yours. Therefore, the letter should open by having you introduce yourself to the editor first. Who are you? What is your relationship with the elderly relative? Why was it important to you that the story of your relative be told? All that information should be in the first paragraph.

Next, pay attention to your sentence spacing. You kept forgetting to hit the space bar between sentences in order to create spaces that would make it easier to read from one sentence to the next.

Finally, who was the young man who helped your relative? You should at least offer a simple physical description of the person so that the reader will at least be able to imagine who this good Samaritan was and, if possible, call his attention to your letter which should also be thanking the stranger for his help with your relative.

Except these do think any other amendments are needed in the body? I mean the information and vocabulary....

I think you should focus more on the description of the characters, for example, the stranger who helped the lady, what did he look like?, What was he wearing?.Those things help a reader experience the situation.
