Studing question for chevening scholarship

I studied Marketing and business management at university; I found it very interesting for me and I have been more involved in it by my work experience as I work for a E commerce company in the E marketing department, specialized in the social media with a background customer service and call center work experience, that's why I choose the E-marketing business and social media,
For Newcastle university ,my 1st choice course because it's ranked top 1% of world universities for 2014-2015 , top 5 in the UK for quality of student life and the course combines e-business with marketing, sales and customer service ,and it will cover topics include social media planning; campaign management; e-mail marketing; e-sales; call centers where my work experience in call center , customer service and social media will be aligned and will help me get in depth experience supported by academic knowledge about social media and how it's managed within the business
2nd choice for me is Middlesex University ,because the core of the course was really interesting for me since it cover specialist topics related to e-marketing and social media and marketing intelligence , add on Students attend guest lectures by professionals from organizations including YouTube, Twitter, Groupon, Microsoft Technology Centre, and Google.
Third choice was also social media and management at York University, as it has good reputation as an academic powerhouse and it's ranked number 77th in social sciences all over the world universities core of the course is the impact of social media on society, so I will learn the ability to assess the impact of social media on society, commerce and public in the UK and worldwide and how digital information communications technology (ICT) is managed within businesses
@ijmo: Here are some remarks for your essay that hope can help:
1/ I do not felt that much motivation in your first paragraph, it feels that you're obliged to study that field because you had an experience in it.
2/ I advice to restructure the essay in clear paragraphs and can easily be read.
3/ There's a lack of connection of each chosen university to your professional and especially academic experience.
