Hi everybody! I wrote an essay, but English isn't my native language, so I did my best, but if u could help me with vocabulary and grammar, I would be very glad! Thank u in advance!

Here is my essay..

The reasons for applying
I was 10 years old, when I first danced the Chinese national dance in one of the cultural events at school. At that time, His Majesty Ambassador and other high rank officials were present in that event. The event was organized in our school, which was a specialized school with major teaching focus on Chinese language, where I generated a great interest to ancient China, and that actually navigated my all future career plans towards it.

My interests in childhood are now being turning into serious inspirations and target objectives. I am now engaged in researching economy of China, its cross-country relationships with other countries around the world and especially with Uzbekistan.

During my bachelor degree studies, I would like to focus more deeply in the historical and recent economic development of China. I have been studying Chinese language for about 2 years already and the economy of China at my Institute. I have been also attending Chinese language courses at the Confucius Institute in Tashkent. I have already been studying there for 6 months and I have had an opportunity in participating in different competitions organized by the Confucius Institute in Tashkent. Interest to the Chinese language, its economy and culture always motivated me to learn more and more about this country.

But I feel a necessity in myself to further develop personally and professionally in order to be a professional. To learn the Chinese language in China not only will give me the chance to remove language barriers, but also to familiarize more close with culture, with people, to visit places of interest; to raise and improve my level of knowledge of economy of China. I will gather rich and valuable experience that should without doubt help me very much in the future to become a good economist, the professional of my field and to bring my own contribution to development of relations between Uzbekistan and China.

We all know that China and Uzbekistan cooperate on trade and economy, finance and investment and they attach importance to these fields. The trade and economic cooperation commission between the two governments, based on the principle of mutual benefit, should broaden their cooperation in energy, transportation, agriculture, irrigation, mechanical and electronic engineering, aviation, textile, science and technology, and information sectors. I hope they will continue broadening and deepening the cooperation. I would like to participate in this process as a future economist.

As I have specified above, I would like to research stages of development of China. Although China occupies a unique niche in the world's political economy, its vast population and large physical size alone mark it as a powerful global presence and I wish to explore the Chinese experience and draw some general lessons which can be useful in the economic development of Uzbekistan.

China rebounded more swiftly from the global downturn than any other big economy, thanks largely to its enormous monetary and fiscal stimulus. In the year to the fourth quarter of 2009, its real GDP is estimated to have grown by more than 10%. While pre-1978 China had seen annual growth of 6 percent a year (with some painful ups and downs along the way), post-1978 China saw average real growth of more than 9 percent a year with fewer and less painful ups and downs. In several peak years, the economy grew more than 13 percent. Per capital income has nearly quadrupled in the last 15 years, and a few analysts are even predicting that the Chinese economy will be larger than that of the United States in about 20 years. All these facts are very interesting for me and by researching this I could do the first step towards my career.

I am very grateful that I have an opportunity to take part in this scholarship program, because this gives me a great chance to realize all my future plans and to have a pleasure to visit China, to get acquainted with new friends, to increase my world outlook.

... and other high ranking officials...

were present at that event.

But I feel a necessity in myself to further develop personally and professionally in order to be a professional. ---This sentence is awkward. You should get specific:

But I feel a necessity to build my understanding of _______ and __________ in order to be a professional.

...but also to familiarize myself more closely with the culture, the people, and the places of interest; to raise and improve my level of knowledge of economy of China.

...new friends, and to increase my world outlook.

This is a very impressive essay. Even if sometimes you have an awkward sentence, this style of writing is very enjoyable and clear... and it is convincing. I really get a strong sense that you have a genuine interest in this area of study, and your essay even made me become more interested. That means you are a good writer!
