The field of law - Motivation PERSONAL STATEMENT - KGSP
Motivation with which you apply for this program.
I was seeing so many people on this earth where everyone has a different background of life, way of thinking, and viewpoints so that something is needed to unify these differences. Then created laws that must be obeyed by all humankind. With the law, an orderly and peaceful life can be created without harming others. Knowing this made me very interested in studying law. However, after I thought that studying law would be better if studying in a place that has excellent quality education in all fields, especially in the field of law is good. After looking for some references, I chose South Korea.
South Korea is one of the developed countries in Asia which is nicknamed "Asian Tiger" besides Japan and Singapore. The Asian Tiger is that the country has excellent quality and excels in all fields. This is evidenced by several universities there which are in the best category in the world. You should focus this essay on you. You did not give solid reasons that express why you want to be in Korea. Try to follow the guidelines to have a clearer picture of what you have to write. Show the motivations with which you apply for this program, give some family and education background, tell them some significant experiences you have had; risks you have taken and achievements you have made, persons or events that have had a significant influence on you. Also show the extracurricular activities such as club activities, community service activities or work experiences you had been part of.
Holt Educational Consultant - / 15393 The personal statement for the GKS scholarship is not individually written. You must have a copy of the topics for discussion right? Write a complete essay that will fit on the 2 page A4 size paper that addresses all of the topics collectively. A paragraph or two for each instruction should suffice. Think long and hard about your responses. If I were to base the rest of your possible response on this motivation, you don't really have a convincing essay at this point.
The motivation is not strong enough. It does not properly reflect how your motivation to study law truly developed. More importantly, you have failed to explain why you would want to study Law in Korea instead of in your home country. Since Law is country specific in nature, you need to have some pretty strong justifications for wanting to study in Korea. Perhaps you would like to practice International Law in the future? Or maybe you have dreams of working in the UN or WHO? Any international agency that requires a knowledge of law as it applies to the world would be sufficient enough to use as a motivation basis for your response.
