Good day to everyone!
This year I want to try pass MEXT graduate programm (Japan)
Asking for help to review motivation statement and Field of Study/Research Plan and give comments. Thank you in advance!

Research theme and plan in Japan
Describe articulately the research theme and plan you wish to carry out in Japan. Specify particularly the ultimate goal(s) of your research in Japan

(1) Research theme

Institutional and organization innovations of Japanese law and their role/impact on Japanese business law.
This study will elucidate and analyze what institutional and organizational innovations were introduced in Japanese law and how. The goals of this research are to find out what impact those changes had on Japanese business law and the growth of Japanese economic and business relationships with other States. Examining the impact of innovations, the way they were applied and struggles, challenges of the Japanese business sector and Japanese government during application can be adapted/used in Central Asian developing countries including the Kyrgyz Republic. The experience of Japan in terms of economic growth and reforms in the law system showed that there are successful outcomes.

(2) Research plan

Japan is still and will remain a highly successful society by virtually any measure. Japan remains the world's one of the largest economy in nominal terms. We have much to learn from the experience of Japan, for it has much to offer on core questions of economic and social policy. Over time, Japan has developed the number of unique advancements evolved from cumulative historical events. As an example Meiji reforms legal institutions were created first, followed by a constitution and then codes. In contemporary state-building, it is the constitution that comes first. Another one Japan is the only case of genuine judicial autonomy being manufactured, without colonialism, in such a short time. On the other side of the spectrum, Kyrgyzstan is straggling from post-Soviet Union syndrome, which is about uncertainty and inability of young states to adapt to the new environment after the collapse of the Soviet Union. Law and system inherited from the Soviet Union are not working in nowadays' conditions.

Current situation of Kyrgyz economics, foreign investments, the business sector are devastating and do not meet international standards. One of the major problems that I personally see is poor management especially Kyrgyz governmental management. By management, I mean to particular one that is used in various projects, but overall ability to effectively use resources and performing tasks. The second problem is the lack of high qualified specialists in the business law field who are able to participate in law initiatives, law drafting groups, provide training for state officials and qualified law assistance to the business sector. The third one is a high level of corruption that from year to year is mentioned by various NGOs and international organizations.

Moreover, during my stay in Japan, I am willing to learn more about Japanese history of law, philosophy in depth by using theoretical and practical means. Secondly, I will start to collect information about successfully introduced initiatives, projects, practices in Japanese business and their current results with future expectations. In addition, I would like to research more about the legal culture of Japanese people and how the theory "authority without power" works there.

Hi there!

I'll try my best to provide you with as much as feedback as I can - I hope you find this beneficial.

First and foremost, trim down your essay. I have noticed that you also have a tendency to bridge and connect together words that do not necessarily have to be merged. These are often synonymous terms that we practically stack beside each other. Evade this.

For instance, this was evident in your first paragraph. Notice the following revisions:

Institutional and organization innovations of on the Japanese law and their role/impact on Japanese the business law facets.:
This study will elucidate and analyze what institutional and organizational innovations that were ... law and how, including how they were curated. ... and the growth of ... States the consequent growth of the business relationship with other states.

Furthermore, I would recommend that you try to remain with an academic tone throughout your content. It is quite noticeable how your essay jumped into informality in several instances throughout the writing. Try to use lines that have a more informative appeal to them.

Observe how I'll edit the research portion of your essay.

Best of luck in your writing endeavors!
