Prospective medical student needs help writing a personal essay! Must be creative and individual

Hi!
I need urgent help with writing an essay about my personal achievements (community, academic and sporting). I have never written an essay like this so I am struggling. I am an Australian student that lives in a rural area so I don't get many opportunities, in particular, ones that concern the community or even academic ones, which is exactly what this university is asking for. Also I am only a B grade student so I never receive any prestigious award at school.

So, I was wondering if anyone could at least provide me with a scaffold or ideas. I'm not very creative so I have absolutely no idea how I can even start the essay to get the reader's attention.

The university which I am applying for values leadership primarily.

I am a student interested in bridging into medicine after i complete my first degree, therefore I believe that all human life must be valued and I am also interested in working as a doctor rurally once I complete my study.

It would be helpful to know the prompt of you essay. Also just name off a few things about yourself, do you work with animals now? do you have a job? What do you do on a day to day basis. You essay doesn't have to be one amazing tale, it just has to say something about you.

When writing a personal essay, think about writing a diary with the following notes;

- how did you start in the academe
- how did you progress
- what are the goals you have
- how do you plan to achieve this goals
- what are your aspirations
- how will you keep your good work, consistency is the key
- if your pursuing the medical world, what do you plan to strengthen your practice
- lastly, how can you give back to the community or the institution that will provide you the scholarship

I wrote three personal essays last year for one of my university application and it was also very difficult for me because I did not have lots of ECs. ECs does matter but the most important aspect of writing a personal essay is HOW you word it. When you start writing, keep these three points in mind:

-What did you do?
-Why was it significant?
-What did you learn from it?
