Toastmasters Speech 2: Organize Your Speech
When you speak, does your audience get it?
If your audience doesn't grasp your message (even though your topic is one you know they are interested in), you need to rethink the way you present it. You need to organize your ideas to promote understanding.
The second Toastmasters speech project addresses organizing your speech.
Time : 5- 7 minutes speech.

Topict is yet to be named completely: ( i want to talk about all these : what is Recruitment ; how recruiting the right talent affects the organisation and its revenues ; why companies stress on a stringent recruitment process ; normal recruitment process in the Information technology industry, recruiting the best can uplift the organisation so emphasis in given on hiring best candidates or prospective employees and finally the conclusion) I am dont want this speech to sound dry and want to have the audience attention to be intact till the end..

Have you ever wondered why organizations use news paper advertisement for displaying the various opportunities with them? Do you think it is important to post an AD even though there are lot of social networking sites and thousands of web sites available these days to attract quality talent ?

Recruiting best talent is the core of any business without which organization cannot sustain the battle of competing with other players in the volatile market. Lot of organizations follow the value of attracting best people especially in the industry. For e:g Accenture follows the value of keeping the best people by attracting , developing and retaining best talent for their businesses. 'Employees First' - a pioneering strategy envisaged by HCL places the needs of employees before the needs of customers and has provoked a sea-change at the company level, and, in turn, greater customer loyalty, better engagements and higher revenues.
Top notch companies follow the best recruitment process to attract quality talent for their organizations. The search for appropriate target talent pool starts with the need of the organization to hire people at various levels and hierarchy within the organization.

How do you find appropriate talent in the market to apply for opportunities in your organization.
Conclusion : People are core transformers in the growth of an organization. Recruitment is the process of identifying potential candidates to apply for jobs in your organization. It was done very traditionally in the earlier days using various sources like news papers advertisement , sharing pamphlets, posters, using job boards like monster are also popular. Today, unconventional methods like use of professional , social networking sites and ones own networking skills are employed to hire top talent across the industry.
