Does anyone know a program/software on how to check for plagarized part in an essay?

I have heard a while ago, that there is a website where you can post your essay, and it will highlight in red the parts that are plagiarized. Sorry don't know the name, but if you search on the internet you should find it.

Ther is this website where you can copy and paste your essay; and it checks for plagirism. the website is dustball.com/cs/plagiarism.checker/. I hope this helps.

Yes, the one Laura is probably trying to remember is turnitin.com.

But I have heard of dustball, too.

As far as I am concerned, the best way to check something is to google some selections of text and see what comes up. Just highlight a sentence from the essay and copy/paste it into the search box.
