My first choice is Law.
'This section is an opportunity for you to elaborate on the information you have provided earlier. You may discuss a special talent, a personal experience or an activity that you have been involved in that is relevant to the course you are applying for admission.'
Here it is, I wrote it in less than half an hour since I'm in a hurry:
History is a reference guide to contemporary politics and source of innovation for various fields. I've always shown a tendency to the subject and this passion enabled me to score an A+ in SPM. In addition, I was also the committee member of the History and Geography Club. Currently an autodidact, I have several history books stacked up in my bookshelves.
To step into the field of Law, one has to have a high proficiency of the English language. The imperial language is opinionated as difficult to command, and I admit hardships are encountered as I try to master the language. But my endeavours are not futile as I scored a total of 241 marks in my MUET, which is also the highest in my school. Rest not after such achievement, I continue to polish my English skills through being an avid reader of multiple genres and a aspiring writer for non-profitable pieces of fictions. My work was admired and made entries into my alma mater's year 2013 school magazine.
The essentials of being a successful lawyer are have sharpened analytical thinking, critical reasoning and attention for details. Though disparate, but my hobby of drawing allowed me to acquire the eye for details. An artist is known to have an ability to see through intricacy and I grow astute through years of practice. I too have accepted illustration work for an upcoming book of Mr. ---------------(I don't think I should reveal this).
I hoped that I have proven my eligibility to take up the undergraduate Law programme in the prestigious National University of Singapore.
