Impact of the pandemic
I became addicted to YouTube at the start of this pandemic, which made me lethargic and bored. I suddenly became depressed after reading numerous news reports about people who were stranded far from their homes. From my vantage point, the world had completely changed. There was hardly any communication between my neighbourhood and the NGO in 2020. We got to know one another online. When the second wave of the pandemic emerged in India, COVID struck me hard. Those 14 days of isolation made me appreciate my family and online interactions. The lethal stroke shocked everyone. But everything are back on track now. We are now able to interact physically. My NGO's objectives were revised to include not only financial assistance for orphans but also online tutoring, laptop purchases for kids, etc. I expressed thanks to God for enabling us to help 87 orphan pupils by providing them with 3 laptops and a projector for their classes. I was elated by the pandemic. We gained a lot of virtual learning and teaching experience thanks to the pandemic. I've learned from COVID how important it is to have relatives around when dealing with unforeseen circumstances.
