'last enrolled in college' - If you are not currently enrolled common app

Hello!
I am currently applying to colleges on the Common App. Please help me by telling me what you think of my response to the question:

If you are not currently enrolled in college full-time, please describe in detailed chronological order your activities since last enrolled in school full-time.

Since I was last enrolled in college full-time in 2007, I committed myself to working multiple jobs, working at various entry level jobs to support not only my education, but my living expenses. I would work five times a week; on my days off I visit my mother and take care of her. What time I had left for myself I would study in my bedroom.

It's so short... I feel like I need to add more words. Any suggestions?

I am interested in nutrition, becoming a registered dietitian. My very first semester at college in 2007 was full time, the rest of the years I spent in college I was part time. I finally achieved my associates though. There is no word minimum or max.
