Lehigh supplementary essay - Imagine that you just completed your visit to Lehigh University. What would you Tweet about us and why? (150-250)
Freedom of expression.
"Check this out! "LipDub" at Lehigh University! It was soooo fun! I even danced! Does anyone recognize me?"
I imagined myself visiting Lehigh University on the day Fiona Lee, Zach Carter, Mark Rein and many other Lehigh's students made a video titled "Lehigh University LipDub 2011". I love this idea and I would Tweet about it because I suddenly felt at home when I watched them dancing with all their hearts. Everyone always had a smile on, and danced! Gathering from the hall to the Lab room, everyone sang the song "Dynamite" by Taio Cruz, and danced! Some even climbed on top of the desks and tables, and danced! They did not care about whether they could dance really well or they could not. It was all about their emotion, and how they express themselves through the dance. Put your hands up in the air, smile, jump and jump, then you can dance. This reminded me of my first year at high school when I and my class performed a dance at the school's festival.
In the Turkey Trot, people dress up as silly as possible. Wigs, tutus, bananas, anything! The Friday before the Lehigh - Lafayette game (Eco Flame Day), the Marching 97 Band interrupts class and entertains everyone with fight songs! Everything is crazy and fun! Freedom of expression. I found it, at Lehigh.
My Deadline is approaching. Please give me some comments about this. Thank you every one.
