In the past year I was exposed to the New Jersey Institute of Technology through my close relative, a current NJIT student (Chemical Engineer Major). She has been a strong advocate for the NJIT community by frequently complimenting the avid academic instructors, meticulous courses, rich diversity among student and faculty, and the charming campus. After hearing encouraging reviews from her I was still a skeptic and had to visit the campus for myself. Everything I thought my relative was exaggerated profoundly mirrored my experience on open house tour I was convinced that NJIT's curriculum corresponds with my academic and professional goals. From a cooperative NJIT representative acknowledged the small classes permit students to interact with the professors. However, I am particularly eager about the Biomedical Engineer program available to undergraduate students. Unfortunately, my current University falls short when it is compared to the programs available for Undergraduate students which attend NJIT. Therefore I want to attain the biomedical major to develop an understanding of biological and chemical systems of the human body before entering Medical School.
As far as I can remember the medical field was always my choice of career. I do admit to changing my perception of an ideal career within the study of medicine but always in science department. While attending high school I was exceedingly far more attentive in my AP Biology, Chemistry, and Physics class next to Calculus. For the most part society perceives science major students are born with extraordinary intelligence, though I do believe science major students are incredibly intellectual not from birth but because they are committed to their classes and study routines. Thus it is crucial for the University to have a strict academic environment to further my education. By taking part in the biomedical program I be obtaining a fundamental component for a career in the health professions.
In short, the New Jersey Institute of Technology is everything and more it is known to be. Equipped with extensive programs and experienced professors provokes ingenuity, inspiration, and determination effortlessly because the academic environment is devoted to nourishing learning and intellectualism. It goes without saying that NJIT's reputation in East Coast has influenced me to research more information and discovered graduates students raving about the quality and seriousness each class carries. Therefore, the alumni and current students are accredited to my reason for applying to New Jersey Institute of Technology because they have experienced the classes first hand and perceived success within reach.
