Although you may not yet know what you want to major in, which department or program at MIT appeals to you and why? (*) (100 words or fewer)
When I was eight I visited my cousin Salman Khan in Boston and he took me on a tour of MIT, where he had just finished his undergraduate in mathematics, electrical engineering, and computer science. The one image that I remember after all these years is the Stata Building. I knew then that any university which has a building like this must place great value in freedom, daring, and creativity. I love to take things apart and see the way they work, and I relish the difficulty of putting them back together so it turns out to be just happy coincidence that the Stata Building houses the computer science and robotics program!
Do you think it answer the question clearly?
Every suggestion is welcome.
Thanks in advance! :)
