POVERTY!can anyone who as not really been poor no what poverty is? i doubt it.how can any one who enjoy it square meal a day explain what poverty means?indeed can someone who as two full meal completely claim to be poor ?perhaps. one begins to grasp the real meaning of poverty when one struggle really hard to have one miserable meal in-twenty-four hours. so poverty and hunger are family

If you say "poverty is a bad situation," it is a statement of the obvious. It is too obvious. I think what you really mean for your title is:

Poverty is Something Many Think They Understand
or maybe your title should be:
Poverty and Hunger are Family
