Although, considering aspects together, I hold a firm belief that the benefits outshine the detriments.
On the one hand, consumption of only native foods can exert negative impacts on the economy. To begin with, eating domestic foods instead of products that have been imported from overseas could pose a threat to the exported-imported food industry. Nevertheless, many companies transporting dishes over the globe may be restricted. As a result, the distribution of those companies could be limited in terms of economic aspects. Moreover, using native ingredients could pose a challenge to the diversity of people's diet because of the difference in climate and topography, local production can not supply all the necessary nutrients. As a consequence, paucity of crucial products may give rise to poor inhabitants' constitution.

First and foremost, foods that have been produced domestically are consumed to lower the demand of food transported over the world. As a result, a significant amount of CO2 has been cut down. In addition to this, vehicles must burn fossil fuel to move, so that the restriction of food transported will assist to cool down the run out of nonrenewable sources. In this aspect of the economy, inhabitants eating local food will create job opportunities for residents. For instance, farmers could sell more farming products which can help them to earn a stabilized salary. As a result, the living standard of inhabitants would be enhanced.
