My favorite works from the Literature class this past year were: "Fictions" by Jorge Luis Borges; "One Hundred Years of Solitude" by Gabriel García Márquez (mostly because the author perfectly describes the incredible magic linking the everyday lives of the characters); "William Wilson" by Edgar Allan Poe (principally because the author conveys that one's sense of good and sense of evil are clear, and it is something that must be carried out for the remainder of our lives yet we all have two sides to our personality) and Divine Comedy" by Dante Alighieri

I feel that your answer doesn't adequately answer the prompt. The prompt asks you to list down all the required readings, and just not your favorite ones. One more thing I would tell you to change would be the brackets. I feel there isn't any need for brackets and you need to find a way to express why those readings were your favorite without using the brackets.

That is not to say that the way you responded was wrong, since the prompt did not really tell you if there were any response format requirements. It simply said :

List the titles of the required readings from courses during the school year that you enjoyed most

So, since no specific instructions for the response was given, you can opt to discuss your favorite books in essay form. That means, you will indicate one book title per paragraph and then use the rest of that space to describe why that book is a favorite of yours. By writing a summarized discussion in essay form, you will be able to present the book title and your reason without having to use brackets. Just make sure that you write a good introduction, transition sentences, and closing paragraph so that the flow of the essay will be smooth and not feel like it is jumping around topics.
