The flowchart depicts the way in which plastic bottles are generated.
As is evident from the drawing, there are 4 main stages in the plastic bottle manufacture process which is a linear process, starting with melting a preform and ending with pressuring air into its mold.
Looking at the process more closely, the first step is placing the preform into an equipment called extruder machine with the appropriate temperature until it melts. This is followed by a mold in the standard shape of the bottle that is closed surrounding the preform. At this stage, it must be made sure that no air is included in the inside of the frame.
Next, having inserted a needle through the top of the mold, the air is injected into the inside of the frame under pressure. At the same time, the air expands the preform until it fits the size of the mold perfectly. Subsequently, once the mold has been removed, a complete plastic bottle is produced.
