For the insurance sector, it made up to 2% and 3% in 1981 and 1991 respectively, and these figures rose to 8% in 2001.
Furniture and equipment,which comprised 15% of total school spending, fell to only 5% in 1991. However, it increased rapidly up to 23%. In contrast, other workers' salaries decreased gradually from 28% in 1981 to the end of 15% in 2001.
