Overall, female is higher than male about the proportion of driving tests passed. Between 1980 and 2000, The percentage of driving tests passed in both sex records an upward trend, but after 2000 this figure slightly drops in female and unchanges in male.

In women, the hightest figure in passed of driving test was approximately 70% in 2000. Besides, the year 2000 saw a sharp rise in the proportion of female passed the driving test from around 50% in 1990 to approximately 70%.

In men, the percentage of male in passed the driving test was roughtly 50% in 2000 and 2010 , similer to that in male in passed the driving test in 1980, which recorded highest in men and lowest in female.
