I need to know how to write a creative essay which describe in the criminal justice system through the eye of a minority, you may take the role of victims, perpetrator prisoner, police officer, lawyer or correctional officer
Your personal thoughts and opinions may supply you with enough creativity. For instance put your self in a situation where you are a police officer protecting someone who is part of a minority, or being a lawyer and having to defend someone who is part of a minority. Then flip the script, you become the minority in need of protection. Another idea is how to deal with a minority group being assaulted in jails and you being a correction officer, how would you deal with it.
