How to describe physical appearance.

Hello, I'm having trouble in my biology class with how to describe a person's physical appearance. Like freckles, shoulders, etc. We have to come up with 100 ways to describe your friend to someone who's never seen them before. The assignment prompt goes as follows "Your friend is asking about someone she has never met before but you are very close to. He is 15 and white. Please give me 100 identifying characteristics (i.e. eye color, nose shape, etc.) by Monday. (Tip: It helps to choose someone you know and describe them. I just need some identifying features of a male 15 year old. I have 30 but am stuck already. I'm sure that my teacher's going to make us look up the scientific term for each feature but for now I just need it in plain old English. Thank you =)

Basically , to describe physical appearance you must look into General Description and Specific Description.
