Mental Health in Developing countries

Hello Dears,

I want to write a 1000 words assignment on Mental Health in developing countries. The assignment should contain the following:
1. What is the mental health as public health issue?
2. What is the situation of mental health in developing countries?
3. How the developing countries deal with this issue?

Its possible to choose one of the developing countries in Africa or Asia but should be a country with good resources but bad health system.
