MLA Paper Defending Players for Performance Enhancing Drugs in Baseball

I'm looking for feedback on this MLA paper defending the players for the use of performance enhancing drugs in baseball. Below are some perceived weaknesses in my paper or my general writing.

1. I have trouble citing sources. I think I struggle more with in text, but I have some issues with the works cited section.
2. I feel I start with the appropriate tone, but as my writing continues my tone gets more informal and I end up using conjunctions.
3. I have a tough time discerning where to start a new paragraph, and occasionally struggle with transition sentences between them.

1. MLA reference styles can be found online just by simply goggling it
2.That is the sort of thing you just have to keep reading and altering the sentence until you can connect your ideas more clearly. Another reason for this is possibly that you do not know how those arguments come together.
