UPenn autobiography - i decided to write about my future

i am writing my essay to the autobiography question (You have just finished your 300 page autobiography, submit page 217). i decided to write about my future. Is it ok to stretch creativity a little bit and make it a little humourous too.

That is definitely acceptable. I remember reading an essay just like it. It'll be different from the rest of the essays (as most people will write about their past) and it'll make your essay stand out from the already creative pool they are picking from. Since they are pretty much asking you to make it wild, make it as wild as you can!

I would definitely agree that your future is completely acceptable. If you consider that you cut the autobiography (and your life) into three parts, this is acceptable. The first part (0-100 pages) could be your childhood and adolescence. The second part (101-200 pages) could be your early adulthood. The last part (201-300 pages) could be your late adulthood.

make sure it somewhat shows a kinda link between the current page and the pages before and after 217

I applied to UPenn too. I think that having an essay that sticks out of the crowd will help your chances; go for it.
