Studying in a convent school in Mumbai, India made me come across very good teachers in math's and science and they kindled in me the thirst for the sciences, watching national geographic and the discovery channels showed me that science has no horizons and is limitless. In High School I tutored school students in Math, Science and Social Sciences to lend support to my family economic conditions. My interests and the status quotient of being an engineer led me to dream of a career in Electronics. With two year of intense preparation I scored a very good rank in the All India Engineering Entrance Examination exam and got an admission in National Institute of Technology, Nagpur in Electronics and Communication Engineering.

I am fascinated and intrigued by Moore's law, which I see so apt today not just transistors are doubling every 18 months but all aspects of technology in electronics. Transfixed by how a single micro structure diode could act as a switch inclined me towards device physics; and this preference urged me to study in detail various allied concepts in microelectronics. During my undergrad study, working on software's like LTSPICE, EAGLE and Altera in projects made me dig deeper into the application of integrated circuits. My passion in micro-electronics led me take a challenging project of clock frequency divider which gave me a whole new insight to the spice software learning about various parameters used in designing a device along with the application of digital devices and Finite Automata in it. On successful completion of my project I worked on Electric VLSI Design System and implemented a silicon layout of the same project. I had created a 1.5mm x 1.5mm- 40 PIN DIP chip for this layout, this pursuit gave me a fair idea of MOSIS rules.

I not only delved deeply into micro-electronics but also into other core fields of electronics. Some of the major projects completed by me are Cardiac classifier using neural networks in an android 2.2 machine, Implementation of FFT based FIR filter in VHDL, Car number plate detection in Image processing, RF circuit analysis in ADS, and Creation of 8085 training kit in EAGLE . Through these four years I have given seminars in the class in topics like GPS, gate oxide breakdown. I have participated in technical and Paper Presentation Event-'Who's the Boss' and 'Connaissance'. During my 6th semester I fell ill with AS and this affected my academics , However with diligence , I was able to make up for the loss in subsequent semesters and have graduated with a CGPA of 9.1 ,holding my position amongst top 5% of the department.

In my final semester I was offered a job in Siemens Ind. My journey as an employee in Siemens began with a four month training at Siemens SITRAIN where I was introduced to many of the company's products like PLC, Drives, Motors and realized that thought they were very energy efficient there was still room for improvement, more over I observed that the products could be scaled down making it more portable and convenient. Factory visits made me cognizant of the various processes involved in production, In Siemens Energy Automation factory, Goa I saw PCB assembly and device manufacturing with surface mount technology and through hole technology; and PCB testing in Nashik factory. After the training I was posted in Mumbai in the Interlocking department for Mobility and logistics division, currently working as Executive engineer. My job description involved design of relay circuits on Micro-station and AutoCAD, Panel drawings, Creation of gear-lists and locking tables. I have Managed Site commissioning, material handling and processes. Currently I prepare offer letters for Private Clients. With such an ecstatic experience I feel confident working in the industrial scenario and desire the fruition of my education.

My interest is learning to create robust chips with high performance and low power usage, with low noise and fault tolerance that can be functional even in hostile environments. I would like to grasp its implementation as a 3D system integration in applications of analog and mixed signal devices like data converters, PLL and in RF and wireless applications. Moreover, I also have an inclination towards device physics and would like to study into its various technologies and fabrication process. I have learned the basics of these concepts through my education in college and my work experience but now I wish in depth knowledge of the same and hence would like to pursue Masters in the field of ________________ at ________________ University. I have gone through the website of _________________ University and am particularly interested in work done by Dr. __________________ and Dr. ________________ in the field of ___________________________, which I find aligned to my own field of interest.

It is my sincere intention to pursue my Masters at Your University. My long term career objective is to pursue a research career in the field of Analog and Mixed Signal VLSI in the R & D department of an industry . Master's degree at your university would not only provide me the subject expertise but also thorough research oriented study that would help lay the foundation for the fulfillment of my goals.

I find this sentence is too long and pretty cramped up. Better you rephrase this to enhance its clarity and presentation.
Also, your SOP sounds a bit like a list of your credentials at the beginning. I believe your SOP should portray you as
(1) passionately interested in the field;
(2) intelligent;
(3) well-prepared academically and personally;
(4) able to take on the challenges of grad school;
(5) able to have rapport with professors and fellow grad students - in other words, collegial;
(6) able to finish the graduate degree in a timely fashion; and (7) a potentially outstanding representative of that grad school in your future career.
