However, due to environmental pollution especially in industrial estates and higher awareness of global warming Bangladesh government plans to invest in alternative sources of energy. My interest in developing my research skills and knowledge in energy efficiency has motivated me to apply for Environomical Pathways for Sustainable Energy Systems (SELECT).I am interested to take part in ensuring energy security for our next generation. My knowledge of sustainable energy will be a very good source to address the environmental problems Bangladesh. In terms of career goals, I am particularly interested in conducting research on energy efficiency and I would like to earn my living by working in the emergent energy sector in my country, while serving my country by heart.All through my academic career, I attended the most prestigious academic institutions of Bangladesh which I am really proud of. I have completed my B.Sc. in Electrical and Electronic Engineering from **** with ***** and ****** Scholarship where I cooperated and competed with the most brilliant fellows of my country which taught me how to excel in a challenging environment. I always try to go to the root of the problem and try to find a unifying nature among the seemingly unconnected parts to give a pragmatic solution within deadline.Incentivized by the importance of energy sustainability in current environment situation and future industry trends, I need a highly structured M.Sc. program in sustainable energy to help me succeed in my long term goal to be a professional engineer who plays key roles in clean energy and environmental improvement in Bangladesh. The SELECT, highly renowned in research and essential educational program in Europe, will certainly expose me to the latest technical tools and provide me the right balance between theoretical knowledge and practical experience which are vital for prevailing me upon to reach my goal.

However, due to escalating environmental concerns such as high level of pollution in industrial zones and global warming, the government now plans to divert to alternative sources of energy. In this background, my research interests in Environomical Pathways for Sustainable Energy Systems gain more significance as more meaningful research efforts than before that would help achieve my personal goals while contributing my share to the needs of my motherland.
