This is my 1st Draft. Please provide me with review and proof reading. Thanks

My passion for Software Engineering developed from my tenure as a System Engineer with Tata Consultancy Services (TCS). A level 5 on both CMMI and P-CMM, TCS triggered my interest to pursue software engineering and delve further into areas like Requirements Engineering, Software Project Management and Software Prototyping. I long for catalysing the world's evolution to become a high-tech wonderland with my creativity and knowledge in Software development. Therefore, I believe [University Name], the world's leading academy and abundant in industry exposure, will be my beset next step to pursue my ideal.

At TCS my responsibilities included analysis of database, developing SharePoint solution in collaboration with dot net, understanding the manufacturing domain of an industry and gathering their requirements and specifications. I was involved in 2 successful projects with Affinity Waters and Adani Ports. I played a pivotal role as the business logic formulator and user interface designer for the team by applying my congregated knowledge on technologies like SharePoint, Dot net, JavaScript, Team foundation server, Oracle web logic, Ajax, JSON, JQuery, SQL and its add on like SQL server reporting services and SQL server integration services. Due to the application of Dynamic system development methodology (Agile) in the software development process, I had the opportunity to learn prototyping and incremental approach for software development and applied amalgamation of both to gainfully meet the challenges posed by the changing customer requirements. It also helped me in analysing the adaptive planning required in satisfying the customers and application of risk reduction/mitigation techniques to deliver the solution on time.

During the 3 months training at the beginning of my employment with TCS, I bagged my space in the top 1% performers. Knowledge eclectic at TCS not only developed me technically but also increased my enthusiasm and hunger to learn and garner more about the field of my interest. It helped me to model into an efficient team player. My organization recognized the talent in me and sent me to the client side for zero hour development of the web application and reporting services and appointed me as the module lead. I can confidently say that the experience also helped me discover my leadership skills which I presented in assisting many new comers by conducting timely presentations and training on programming skills.

I majored my graduation in Electrical & Electronics engineering, at one of the top regional institute, Career Institute of Technology Faridabad, Haryana, India. After graduating with excellent performance, I was recruited in the manufacturing operations management vertical at TCS, where I learned and implemented productivity optimization modules such as SAP ME, SAP MII and GE Proficy with congregation with programming languages. Getting the exposure on dot net and Java, combining with my science background provided me a pathway to build upon and lead in securing my place as user interface designer for one of the dynamic project at TCS.

One of my crystallized asset was the 'Dynamic Vessel Monitoring System' where I acquired skill set on technologies like HTML5, CSS3, XHTML, JSON and Ajax. I was presented with a complex activity of creating a real time system for monitoring ships at a port. During this activity, I analysed and formulated the data required by the client and employed Ajax web application model (asynchronous) to deliver the activity within given time frame. The dynamic display and interaction were handled by document object model (DOM) and data interchange and manipulation were part of XML and XSLT. This activity taught me the invaluable lesson on time boxing and how a simple methodology could lead to surprising results as long as combined with creativity and innovation.

What excites me about Master of technology at [Department Name] is the practical application of the advance and innovative techniques in the form of project modules and internships. Moreover, [University Name] provides an extremely free environment to learn and grow. This motivate students to pursue innovative and creative activities with above the par results.

I am a skilled computer programmer as well as a practitioner, and I believe [University Name] is an irreplaceable academy in realizing my dream to contribute to this world. I have a full list of practical experiences, enthusiasm for advanced knowledge in the software field, and most importantly, a perspective vision to embrace the future technology. Having the motivation and ability to thrive in [University Name], I am well prepared to study in your esteemed university under excellent faculty guidance, and execute my vision to become a successful Software Consultant, who is ready to contribute to the success of the business and the society as a whole.

Thank you for the opportunity to express myself.

Also Please let me know, if anything is redundant and not fitting in. Thanks again

Thank you dumi, with the phrase 'A level 5 on both CMMI and P-CMMI' I wanted to convey that how big and experienced is my current firm. Please suggest what else could I use there.

could you please also give a review on the rest of paragraphs?

I am confused with many abbreviation given such as

CMMI and P-CMM

JSON, JQuery,

SAP ME, SAP MII and GE

I am a skilled computer programmer

I have a full list of practical experiences

Generally in your last paragraph, it is better to talk about your proofs what experiences that you are contributed to related to your competence. I saw you did a good job when you explain about Dynamic Vessel Monitoring system.
