I am thinking about attaching a covering letter which will explain in detail what documents I am submitting, but I am not sure about its form. If the documents are to be submitted to 'Secretary of Graduate Studies' (it's general for the whole university, not for a particular department, so I don't know their name and they're also not somebody involved in selection, but rather responsible for the distribution of the documents), is the following form okay:Dear Secretary of Graduate StudiesAPPLICATION FOR ...I have recently submitted my online application for the following programme: ...Please find attached the following documents which are required in order for my application to be processed:- ...- ...- ...Please do not hesitate to contact me if you require any more information.Yours faithfully,...I would be very grateful for any feedback! Thanks a lot.
