Strategic Communication has immensely beneficial for achieving my personal and company goal. Throughout my diverse working experience which I working closely with various stakeholders from The government, School, Media, and SMSE has given me insight on how to apply differently execution of the Communication Plan. One of the examples is my current employment, as a merchant partnership at G. First and foremost, I set the Communication Objectives as a goal in accordance with the company's goal, which is to gain partnership with merchants to join our Cloud Kitchen program, particularly, the KPI is to gain the most valuable merchants along with potential small enterprises to sell their product in Cloud Kitchen using our Delivery apps platform, GF. By knowing my Audience, which in this case, my company has chosen the best performer merchants in Indonesia, I also did some research towards their business background and personality of the CEO/Business owner by simply understand the core value of their business through the website, social media, and sometimes I discuss with the PIC who handle the merchant in other division. After knowing the audience well, I set the face-to-face meeting/ conference call to exchanging the value between G company and Merchants. Hence, I present them the deck that explains a brief introduction of Cloud Kitchen product, I also communicate the value and benefits for merchants joining Cloud Kitchen such as low-risk expansion with lower cost structure, higher online sales, and unlocking delivery service demand as new consumer behavior, in return, G company will gain the percentage fee as a service platform. Lastly, I express the needs on how Cloud Kitchen business needs to work alongside the merchants to increase both revenues and also to help employments in Indonesia during a hard time in COVID-19. I somehow inspired by these processes of communication due to the conversation that brings the merchant and me to truly understand what we can do to benefit each other. As a result, I become the best Merchant Partnership in 2020 who consistently achieve the target by making 20 merchants live at 71 outlets of cloud kitchen.
