About improving Korean and English proficiency "sentence"

can you please check if this sentence is correct?

"All in all, I am ready to do my best in order to enhance my abilities in English and Korean to live the best abroad experience in Korea."

I would change the sentence to the following:
"All in all On the whole, ... do my best in order to enhance/improve my abilities in English ... I can live have the best ..."
