Majors: Health Prevention Science & Biomedical - USC Supplement

In my high school years I started searching for universities that can provide me with such knowledge while working on my searches I have found the perfect University for what I am looking for. I went around University of southern California's campus that made me feel very comfortable and made me eager to apply. I have a big plan for completing my college years in USC and I believe that I will contribute it to the other people.

Since I was in middle school, I had my mind set on majoring in a medical field I just knew that was the most suited for me. As I was growing up in my society, I have been watching and experiencing problems health wise and social wise. Being very passionate of the social and behavioral sciences that got me into reading books about health risks in individuals, families and communities. Whenever there was a problem with a friend or a sibling, they would always come and talk to me about it and I try to analyze the problem to help them fix it or work through their problem; which made me think that I wanted to major in Health Promotion Science and Disease Prevention. In my case of knowledge, University of Southern California prepares students in the Health Promotion Department to have leadership role in methods of solving community health service that will help me pursue it in University of Southern California.

One day when me and my best friend had a tragic incident she lost her arm and she came from a poor family that couldn't afford all the medical expenses to heal her and at the time there wasn't much advanced technology in the town that we use to live in. That was when I started getting more curious about the human body and wondered how it worked. Therefore, I started being interested on the ideas of transplanting body parts, reading and researching about it got me all fascinated with all the creative ways to substitute the human organs and body parts it works perfectly normal with practice it's like they never lost anything. That was when I decided to go into biomedical. Being a combination of biology medicine, and engineering in purpose to solve medical and health related problems, I am aware that the University of Southern California evaluate the use of artificial organs and have the ability to improve instruments that are most used at hospitals and health clinics.

I plan to follow my dreams in University of Southern California and one day be able to create the specialized products that will save lives and make patients safer and helps them move more comfortably in their daily activities.

This is not bad, but go into more detail about what set you up for learning about humans. You're off on a good start.
