Writing Feedback / Parents should choose the best univ. possible for their kids. Agree or dis. [NEW]

Nowadays, many parents feel that their children should enter the best university possible. That's somehow may sound right, but I disagree with this state. There are three reasons that I think parents should consider.

First, choosing schools must base on student's preference. The best university is not always the one that your children like the most. An educational environment which makes students feel comfortable will stimulate them to expose their deepest ability. For instance, a famous law school in your neighborhood may not be the best choice for your kid, who enjoyed drawing since little. Forcing him or her to study without enthusiasm will not bring back anything but failure. An art school may be the better option in this case.

Second, parents must consider their child's ability to whether or not send them to a good college. Every university has their own study style and requirements for students to follow. It's no good if your child find it hard to catch up with classmates in a high-quality college. This may lead to disappointment, dispirited and even some negative actions. So find a suitable university with your child's level with be a better solution.

And the final reason is: the family's condition may bring troubles to your kid's study. Such a top colleges may have with it high school fee, or a campus that so far from your house and you need someone at home daily to help you something for example. In that case, don't make your son or daughter's study become a burden to the family, just select a neighboring university or lower class one, things will be easier.

Above are my opinions about choosing university, I think it essential for parents to ponder over this issue carefully because it affect your child's future.

Writing Feedback / More education than required at job site equals dissatisfaction? - essay [NEW]

People who receive more education than they need to function their jobs will feel dissatisfaction. Do you agree or disagree with that ?
Most employers require certain education level from their employees, so people who want to apply for a job always tends to get a flawless education record. But some of them seems to receive more education than their jobs need, and I agree that this may lead to dissatisfaction because of three reasons.

First, they don't have chances to use the knowledge they've learned. Because the job is simpler than what they've learned and expected to do, they don't have to use all the skills, abilities, wisdom that they've trained so hard to achieve. For instance, a Master of Mathematics, after more than 20 years of learning effort, will definitely feel disappointed and unfair when somehow no university hired him to teach, instead he has to work as a primary school teacher and teach basic Mathematics for children.

Second, they don't have motivation to work hard to contribute to the organization. Since the job is not like what they've anticipated, how can they really work with enthusiasm? They don't aspire to move forward, they lack emotions in working. Let's just take a look at the Master of Mathematics; he won't feel interested while teaching noisy children instead of elegant students.

And finally, they will feel unfair and underrated. Their ability and their time are not put to use properly. They deserve something better with all the hard-working day they've spent. This will affect badly their morale in laboring.

In conclusion, a good job is an essential factor of a happy life and a successful career. So choosing your job carefully and suitable with your capability will not just make you work efficiently and comfortably but also give you a healthy mind.

Writing Feedback / Land for human's purpose or left in its natural conditions ? [NEW]

In your country, is there more need for land to be left in its natural conditions or is there more need for land to be developed for housing and industry. Use specific reasons and examples to support your answer ?

land for nature conservation benefits

Land for nature conservation or for industrialization is both important, each country should balance their land area between two of this type. In my country, in my opinion, we need more land for the latter. There are two reasons why I state this

First of all, we are a developing country. We need to burst the industry toward; we need to resolve the unemployment efficiently. So that means that more factories, more roads should be built. And that will bring jobs to everybody who is still farmers, a job that will raise their living standards, make their lives less difficult. More land is needed for this purpose. For example, we have turned many crop fields into industry area, and have also turned all the people there into higher-paid workers in both of our delta, bring back larger profits for the country.

Second, we are overpopulated in cities. Too many people from the remote area found their way to the town, cities for jobs. This has created many problems for the big ones. So, we need more land to build satellite cities to move a number people out of the main cities. For example, our capital is extremely overcrowded. Traffic jams in rush hours or rising rates of homeless people are the troubles now. We need to create jobs outside of Hanoi for people, so that the density will decrease.

In conclusion, I want to say that factories and satellite cities are essential to our country now. It will take a vast area of land to do this but we need to do this. Despite this, land for nature conservation should be considered thoroughly.
