Some people spend their entire lives in one place. Others move a number of times throughout their lives, looking for a better job, house, community, or even climate. Which do you prefer: staying in one place or moving in search of another place? Use reasons and specific examples to support your opinion.

There always have been debatable discussions on whether it is better to stay in one place or to move in search of new place. In my opinion I would prefer to move in search of new place as it is challenging and adventurous.

Moving to a new place is always challenging. It is challenging because you have to adapt quickly. You get to meet new people of different community. You have to develop new relationship with them. You need to understand them, as you have to live in that place for some time. Moreover, you have to adapt new climate/environment. The new place may be much hotter or cold than the previous one. For instance, when I moved from Ambajogai to Pune , it was much hotter than Ambajogai. It was hotter because of pollution, less trees. It took me some to adapt to new environment.

On the other hand, staying in one place is boring. There is no adventure in it. For instance, you see and meet same people everyday, encounter with same environment as well.

It is adventurous and fun to be in new place. When you move to new place you have to find a job for living. For instance, when I moved from Pune to Mumbai, it was hard to find my first job. It took almost 2 to 3 months of numerous daily interviews to get my first job. It was challenging as well as adventurous. It was adventurous because it was rainy season when I came to Mumbai. It rains heavily in months of June to September.

Whereas there is no such challenge in living in some place. You have same job for many years. For instance, my friend Rohit is at teachers post. More than a decade has passed, he is still a teacher just his post has changed from associate professor to professor of his department.

In conclusion, as it is fun, adventurous and challenging to be in new place, I would prefer to move in search of new place.

TOEFL : Some people say that physical exercise should be a required part of every school day. Other people believe that students should spend the whole school day on academic studies. Which opinion do you agree with? Use specific reasons and details to support your answer.

Health is Wealth

I have heard it many times that 'Health is Wealth'. There is nothing more important than your own health. So I would prefer that physical exercise should be a required part of every school day.

Regular exercise will provide relaxation to mind and body. Students generally will not study continuously. So after certain time they need refre--shment. Physical exercise will take their mind away from study for moments. This will eventually result in relaxation of mind and body.

Besides exercising regularly student will be healthy. Regular exercise also could be a game such as football, hockey, cricket and judo karate. Playing these games will make their bones and muscles stronger. Moreover playing these they will generate interest in sports as well. Some of the students may take one of the game as their career.

It will generate bilateral thinking in students. Students doing both that is study and regular exercise will generate dual thinking. They will be able to think in either way around. So overall development of a student will be achieved. They will be sharp in studies as well as in other activities.

Considering these many advantages i would prefer that physical exercise should be a required part of every school day.

food is changing along with technology

Today's fast paced and busy life demands quicker and easier food preparing methods rather than time consuming traditional ways.
The methodological changes has formatted the way people prepare food. Nowadays people use ready to make/ cook food. Such as half baked food, frozen food. It takes less time to prepare. The time saved, can be utilized for other purposes such as watching TV, playing with kids or reading books etc. In contrast, though it does help in saving time, it does have bad effect on health. It may cause digestion problem as we might not know for how long it is half-baked. Also to preserve the food they use high amount of preservatives. So most of the time half baked food is not good for health.

On the other hand, technological development have also changed the food preparing. Microwaves, grinders has made food making faster than it was earlier. For example, now cakes are made on hourly bases with the use of large ovens. Microwaves used to instantly provide hot burgers, patis.

Technological and methodological changes in the way food is prepared has changed the way people live their lives.
