WHAT IS IMPORTANT TO YOU? WHY?

My answer:

Each person has a different concept of the most critical thing in their lives, and to me, nothing is more important than my persistence.

After successfully getting into my dream high school, another problem started to appear to me. Even though I'm not in good shape, I have always been a huge fan of soccer so I applied to the soccer club at my school as soon as they announced their recruitment. However, when I showed up at the try-out, almost everybody there, even some of the judges, was laughing at me. Obviously, I failed that test, but I didn't feel discouraged and tried to practice for the club's selection next year. One more time, I was jeered for my overweight body at the try-out, and I couldn't be recruited. Again, my persistence didn't allow me to quit, so I kept practicing and waiting for my opportunity. Fortunately, this time I had successfully passed the test with a quite high score and officially became a member of my school's soccer team.

From my experience, I must acknowledge that I cannot succeed in the future with just my persistence alone, but without it, I'm sure that I won't be able to achieve any of the big goals in my life.

If you ask any of my friends to describe me, the first thing that comes up to them will probably be my creativity (believe me, I have made lots of polls about me on my Instagram!). In fact, I have been treated like a "savior" by my team in class many times ( sometimes even by my club) thanks to my "crazy" opinions that I came up with during the time that they ran out of ideas for our projects. Additionally, I also earn a good reputation for my sense of humor since I'm always the person to hype everybody up with my jokes in my class to help them feel more comfortable when working with me, and this personality, in some ways, makes me find it quite easy to make new friends and to integrate into any society.

However, in my parents' eyes, I'm more likely to be a determined, as well as a hard-working person, and these characteristics are what I'm proud of myself the most. During my days at secondary school, my results were always the last in my class, and this made my parents feel extremely disappointed, but everything has changed since I decided to apply for the top high school in my province. Although I received many objections from my parents and teachers, I still put all of my time and effort into studying, with a strong belief in my ability. Finally, I successfully passed the school's entrance test with 35.25 points in total, and this unbelievable achievement has changed my parents' and teachers' attitudes towards me forever.
