Scholarship / Contributions to both countries after scholarship? [2]

This is my attempt. Please feel free to criticize me
I feel like something is missing in the last paragraph

Myanmar and japan contributions

Myanmar, being a developing country, is striking to meet an insatiable need for improvement in public and private sectors. One sector I would like to shed light on is hospitality industry which is one of the key factors in supporting a country's economy, as well as, plays a significant role in promoting its culture. Unlike Japan, the tourism in Myanmar has recently become famous among international communities. This is where I wish to contribute from the viewpoint of information engineering. Without being said, the conducted research and technologies related to that field is still limited in Myanmar. Throughout my study in Japan, I will absorb the required knowledge, meet up with other scholars to seek advice and discuss the progress and possible improvement of my works.

Since my work is in the overlapping area of tourism and computer science, in future, it will become a bridge to advanced researches not only in the same field but also in other fields, such as business management and market research. Additionally, I plan to join the related working industry where I can apply the theories into the real-world.

Upon my return to Myanmar, I will attend the knowledge sharing, seminars and workshops related to my field as many as I can to share my acquired results through this program as well as my experiences in Japan, with the hope to inspire fellow students like my mentors did to me. Joining such programs will help spread the positive aspects that I wish to carry back to my home country, like conscientiousness, deep devotion to work and cleanliness

Writing Feedback / Technology has made man dumb [4]

@anmolwrites
I'm just informing in advance, I'm not a professional adviser. Just my opinion!!!

From my point of view, I think you can shorten the first paragraph to at most three sentences according to sample essays I have read. First one would be paraphrasing the question. Second one would be your opinion, joining with your thesis statement which might be your reasons or Second sentence can be just comparing your opinion against the opposite. if so, the following paragraphs will be 1st be opposite opinion 2ndyour choice

And finally conclusion is usually one sentence of alternative paraphrasing of question again with a little of touch up.

Scholarship / Japan. Trigger for having interest in this country? [3]

@Holt
Thank you very much for your advice. The scholarship asked me to write three essays and the next question was "why do you want to continue your studies in Japan?" That's why I'm afraid I would write the repeated answers. You input inspire me to write alternative answer.

Scholarship / Japan. Trigger for having interest in this country? [3]

Can you please give advice on this essay?

Trigger for having interest in this country?

The word 'Japan' or 'Japanese' has never been a strange word nor a sudden trigger in my whole life. When I was around 5 years old, I was given a Japanese-English graphic storybook by a friend of my family as a souvenir from Japan. Even though I couldn't read it at that time, I still remembered about my mother reading it to me. Growing up, I heard highly about Japan, such as companion robots inventions from TV news, delicious sushi or even the anime Naruto. Despite the fact that I am aware of its existence in my surrounding, it has not been taken as part of my life. However, everything changed when I enrolled into university. Before choosing Computer Science major, I didn't own a computer nor had a basic knowledge. The only thing I learned from my summer computer training class in Grade-5 was that I could type with computers and played games. The reason I decisively chose that major against my odds was to know what exactly I could do with computers. As much as the coursework was fascinating and it enlightened me, it cannot be denied that my freshman year was quite challenging and exhausting. During that stressful moments, listening to Japanese songs and watching anime became my guilty pleasure. The language and its culture gradually grew on me. Later, as I wanted to understand more, I finally decided to learn Japanese during my free time. The more I learn the language, the more I come across amazing culture. Though my Japanese learning journey is still young and I hasn't mastered it yet, it is undeniable that my desire to experience the culture and learn more about it, is as strong as ever.
