My father is who I admired most and also my role model.He is a no-nonsense man.He rarely talks with others jokingly,even who is his daughter.He is an excellent leader in his company and a strict father for me. He always requires me to do every thing wholeheartedly and never allows me giving up until to the last.Stern as he is,father is full of affection to me.Not only does he encourage me to insist my dream but also let me learn to enjoy the process of striving for it.I benefit from the communication with my father very much.With his worthy advices I could increase myself gradually.

Education plays a prominent part in an individual's growth process.Not only can it lead a person walk to success,but also supply a gorgeous life. So persons are attracted more attantion to improve the education recently.Someone said that the best way to improve education is to raise teacher's salary.Personally,I do not subscribe to the opinion.A segment of appropriate methods could improve education expect raising teacher's salary.

First of all,making students be interested in their studies is an effective method to improve education.No one dislikes doing something what he is interested in.The tasty manner of lecturings enable students to be positive .My first English teacher Mr.Li,whose lecturing was always be full of energetic and interests.He gave a lecture by a humourous and impressive languages to make sure us facilitate the understanding.He designed various of dialogue scenes for us to practise our oral skills.We were all enthusiastic to participate in it and crazy about it gradually.Undoubtedly,we had got a satisfied grade in that semester.

Secondly,academical communications are able to improve the education.It is possible to equate improving professor or expert's scientific research ability with improving the quality of education.For a person,even though he is an expert or elite in a certain major,it is hard to solve complex problems from all quarters and perfectly without other person's help .However,the limited ability of an individual could be offset by communication.So the number of people who go abroad to absorb more advanced skills or thought is increasing.Through the academical communication they could share their ideas and have a fierce discussion to promote the development of science which is an essential element of education.

Furthermore,an advanced equipment is an indispensable factor in improving education.For intense,for students who learn about meteorology multifunctional computers,datum received from meteorological satellites and various of precise meteorological instruments such as thermometer,hygrometer,solar radiometer are desired.Only depend on textbook and lake of these equipments they hardly learn to do the weather forecast or predict the meteorological disasters accurately.Therefor,increasing the investment for the equipment of education is also a feasible method .

Admittedly,raising teacher's salary enables school to hire excellent teachers for students and improve the education.However,it could make the sacred education tend to be commercial and several levels' education would appear.I confirm that it is serious obstacle in improving the education.

Personally,I do not agree that the best way to improving education is raising teacher's salary.

For a person,trying to get his point across is increasingly indispensable nowadays.Not only does the speaking but also the writing enable us to express ourselves immediately and accurately.However,I consider that to speak well to be more important than to write well.

Initially,to speak well is essential for social communication.There's a typical example of my friend who was proficient in writing but poor at speaking went to America two years ago.At the beginning of his life overseas,he neither understand what others said to him nor could express his thought.He found himself unable to make friends with his classmates or even roommates.It made him felt extremely lonely having no one to talk to and he become depressed gradually.What's worse,the lectures or seminars were knocking at a deaf man's door for him,and oral presentation was a serious obstacle in the discussion.Even though had problems in class,he could not inquire with his professor how to solve them.And he failed in two courses in the first semester as expect.His excellent writing skill could not help him get out of that mess,since he could not write down his problems all the time.It explains that speaking well plays a primary role in the communication.

Additionally,to speak well is the key to beating in the competition,especially for getting a job.When applying for a respectable occupation,an employment examination and an interview are required.In a fierce competition,a large number of contestants could passed the examination.However,only a person with a perfect speaking skill in the interview enable to outdo competitors and come through eventually.My brother,a personnel manager of IBM Company,facing to the interview,he responded the complicated questions particularly,skillfully and humorously.When asked the reason of applying for the job,other competitors gave common answers including the fat income,various of opportunities and a good working environment etc.But my brother replied that he wants to concentrate upon his job for overcoming the pain of broken heart.Regardless of whether the answer is true,the interviewer set a high value on his speaking skill and gave him the valuable pass-card.Writing down answers on the examination paper well just shows a person's knowledge,but companies need a talent who put knowledge into actual application.Speaking skill has become the standard of evaluating a person's capability.

To speak well is important,but then so is to write well in certain condition situation.Companies draw up a contract carefully to prevent mistaken words on it,which would bring a heavy loss to companies.However,in common life rarely does an accident like this occur.

All above reasons that I mentioned taken into consideration, I insist that to speak well is more important than to write well.
