Writing Feedback / Revolutionary / communication is better than other types of communication [2]

With the development of modern technology, communication efficiency improves by means of new inventions, such as telephone calls, e-mails and conventional letters. However, I still assert that face-to face communication is superior than other means.

Admittedly, revolutions in communication have a great help and shorten people's distance. For example, the modern logistics enable us to delivery letters or documents globally within a day or two. E-mails improve the efficiency of international cooperation between companies. And telephone calls connect people in remote distance. All the means make people's life easier than before and have positive influence in people's communication.

However, face-to-face communication is equally or more in important in daily life since better communication require mutual feedback through gestures, facial expression, and so forth. For example, it is hard to image that students don't need to go to school and study at home via phoning to teachers in future. In teaching situation, experienced teachers need to sense if their pupils understand the new knowledge via eye contacting, students' feedback to academic questions and so forth. Without watching students' response, it is difficult for teachers to monitor how well the pupils accept the new knowledge and it would cause delay to teaching method modification.

In addition, sometimes, digital or text communication would result in information delay. Propose a situation that an analyst works in Hong Kong and he has an urgent case to report to his boss, who is in a business travel to the US. Due to the time zoning difference, the analyst chooses to describe the case via email, but unfortunately, the employer's mailbox is full so that the urgent email can not be reviewed. Although emails help to realize the across-region co-work, it is inferior to face-to-face communication in the efficiency standpoint. What's more, although some large logistic companies can offer overnight letter service to public, delivery delay is common since sometimes courier is not able to recognize the vague address or the inaccurate zip code information. So face-to-face communication is less possible to result in time consuming.

In conclusion, although revolutionary communication means assist people in work and bring more entertainment in life, I still approve that face-to-face communication is the best way to express oneself explicitly and efficiently since facial expression, eye contacting, and gesture are equally important part in an efficient communication, and face-to-face communication is not time-consuming as other methods.

Writing Feedback / Essay about the importance of human needs for land and animal protection. [3]

Some people think that human needs for farmland, housing, and industry are more important than saving land for endangered animals. Do you agree or disagree with this point of view.

Nowadays, ecologist always argues that urbanization takes too many lands that animals inhabit, which causes the extinctions of wild animals. So more and more dispute regarding the importance of lands developments for humans occurs. Some people assert that human needs should be firstly satisfied, while others disapprove it. In my viewpoint, I am neutral in this statement.

First of all, I agree that human needs for land, housing and industry are essential in human substance. With the increment of population and the restrictions of natural resources, people need more lands for housing, farming and working. It is undeniable that we take more and more lands for development so that ousting wild animals from their inhabitants seems an only method to satisfy our own needs. So, the result seems crucial since many wild animals have to confront extinction. However, from the prospective of evolution, it is always the stronger creatures conquer the land, and the weaker need to leave or disappear. It is the choice of nature. In this situation, it is acceptable for human beings' expansion of landing.

However, I don't think people should take over the lands not for primary living requirement, but for subsidiary entertainment purpose. For example, some sports clubs purchase land for building golf activities, hotels, or other commercial purposes. To achieve this, people disturb animals' life, oust them and finally make them endangered. People should think about that the extinction of one kind of animal would have impact to the food chain and might lead to other animals disappearance, and how worse the result would be hardly to image.

I also believe that sometime land development and protection of endangered animal are not contradicted with each other. It is entirely possible that people can build more national park or enclosure some areas for animal protection. In addition, this implementation would have positive effect for scientist to observe and assist the wild animals for their surviving in the earth.

In conclusion, my understanding is that people's need for surviving is essential for taking lands for housing and industry, and we can make efforts by reducing the unnecessary land covering in order to protect endangered animals. What's more, as a stronger conquer in the earth, people have the responsibility to balance human development and wild life protection.
