Dear all, below is my composition for a TOEFL Topic, I am going to have the exam next week, hope you can help me to improve my grammar or any others! Thank you in advance!!

If someone asks me what was the most important invention during these decades, I will definitely give my answer to the internet. We can always surf on the internet to get the required information, which help us to save more times and energy by finding them. Even some people might insist that too much information will create some problems; however, from my point of views, the internet still brings some valuable knowledge to us.

In the first place, it is not costly to surf on internet, and the result we got is much more then this. For instance, when I studied in the university, I always have a lot of papers and reports, which many of them required some data from foreign countries. To save more time, all I have to do is turn on the computer and use some searching engine like Google and after key-in some key words, the needed information will just come out, I just need to verify and classify. Therefore, using internet is not only easy but also help us to save more time in our daily life or jobs.

Secondly, we can obtain a lot of useful information from the internet immediately. Assuming that I am planning my trip to Japan, I can check the weather on internet, also, there are many people who write the blog to share their travel memories which can also help me when doing consideration for the visiting. Moreover, I can do the comparison on the ticket's price among every agency, so my planning can be more efficiently because of internet.

To sum up, internet not only provides much useful information instantly but also easy to operate. More old people even start to learn how to surf on the net in order to keep in touch with their family who lived abroad. To avoid the potential problem for too much information, I think it is better for us to check the details for what we provide and how we access, that will keep us away from the danger behind the internet.

computer games seems a non-beneficial activity for children

Playing computer game is became a trend among the teenager, especially on-line games. There are plenty of children who join several computer games in order to make some friends or spend their spare time. However, to my way of thinking, I do agree the children should continue play this kind of game since it is waste of time.

To begin with, playing computer games might has negative influence on child's health. Take my little cousin for example, he enjoys to play computer game since he was in elementary school. The first thing when he back from school is to turn on the computer then plays all night long. It is like an addiction that he buried himself in the cyber world. Finally he became seriously nearsighted and even ill because the lack of sleep.

In addition, on-line game can be dangerous to ourselves. For instance, there are some news indicated that there are many potential criminals hide in the game, they cheated with some sugared word and some young children got hurt when they met each other. It shows that playing computer games is not only a waste of time but also a danger for young people.

In conclusion, playing computer games seems a non-beneficial activity for children. It is not only dangerous but also unhealthy for the kids. Moreover, there are many other things to do which could replace the computer games, such as swimming, reading and do some exercises when they have free time. I believe these will help our children to become more healthy no matter physical or mental.
