Some people believe that there should be fixed punishment of crime. Others however argue that the circumstances of an individual crime and the motivation for committing it , should always be taken into account when deciding on the punishment:

We humans are effigies of imperfection and mistakes. Sometimes these mistakes leads to crime , which have its impact on one individual or on society. There are two ways of living life either by honor or by disgrace. Crime is among those acts which gives disgrace to a person in our culture and society . Judiciary plays a vital role in controlling these offences to make security and system strong enough for public. Laws are the pillar in our constitution for stating level of punishment against every crime. There are fixed punishments but every time while giving judgment certain things are to be consider like circumstances and motivational factor.

Punishment against any crime should be fixed but constitution should allow molding of punishment . A judge cannot give straight away his order without listening and analyzing circumstances under which crime took place and motivational factor behind it. For example to hit someone for his protection and saving of a life of a human being should not be consider as an public disturbing offence. But if the same is done for any loot or molestation should be consider as an offence and guilty should be punished.

Reason behind crime is very essential part of judgment . Without knowing exact details an innocent person might be considered as guilty and would be punished at the same level as a criminal , which is injustice . Punishment level of a crime should be defined as the person who is committing it must be aware of final result or level of punishment , but it 's the duty of judge to analyze reason of commitment of that crime. Circumstances and motivational factor sometimes make human behavior to do against his will and against his normal nature, so they have to be considered for sure.

Creativity is something which everyone has in himself in one or other form , but potential to express it or way to present it to others is different . Human being is gifted with one such body part which makes this species a level above than rest others is brain . we are surrounded with number of thoughts , ideas and talent . Some are able to came out in form of words , pictures , music or films and followed by people whereas some just remain as ideas.

Creative artists should be given some liberty to express what they wish to in form of words or pictures but up to a certain extent . There are many film directors who shows their creativity by means of movies in which they try to present their thoughts and make audience feels as where these thoughts fits in society or in their life. But sometimes they go beyond extend and crosses every limit which might be harmful for future generations or it is not prescribed for every type of audience.

On the social networking sites for e.g. Facebook , there is a freedom to express your views , thoughts and as this is a social site a number of people are following it . Sometimes artists by means of such sites or picture messages in newspapers provide that sort of creativity which can have a negative impact on the image of government or any associated departments like police . Government should give them freedom to express their views but with some restrictions whether these would be in terms of target audience or some exclusions on topics to comment upon.

Some sort of medium like music / films in which creative person expresses their ideas have a quick and huge impact on people who are following such medium makes it a mandatory move to have restrictions on them.

In today's fast moving life and busy schedules everyone is running to achieve something in life. But some where everyone is leaving one important part of life i.e. happiness. Happiness is very important in life , every human being should give it priority. It has been proven by many researches and by doctors that a persons who is happy lives more as compared to the one who is having sadness or depression in life .Happiness cannot be define in simple words as for one a reason for happiness might not be the reason for other. But a common definition can be happiness is associated with those things that makes an individual happy and satisfied.

Happiness is important in life as it gives a feel of satisfaction and accomplishment . It can be due to various reasons like money , Love , Power , relations . For youth generation where love , money are the prime factor for happiness, it is relation for elder people. For eg. A movie star feels happiness every time his fans cheers for him , follow him like the way star is doing and living . For an infant or a small kid happiness lies in mother's lap, whereas for old parents happiness lies in seeing their developed family growing and progressing day by day . Their love and care for them. So defining happiness is not so easy.

There are certain factors which are important in achieving happiness , most important one is satisfaction . Certain factors like Personal achievement , relationships , work , Culture , families plays important role in having this feeling of happiness. In western countries where Personal achievement is Happiness in eastern part of world good relationships results in happiness. It is something which cannot be practice, it is a feeling which develops itself from the action one do and perform in daily life for himself and for society.
