I'm not really good at openings/conclusions so I can't really provide any useful suggestions but you could add to the conclusion that you will do anything to acomplish your dreams and some other general things. Maybe you should read other essays on the same topic to collect ideas.

Speeches / 8 Min Presentation for a Scholarship Program- Need some advice [3]

Hi Guys,

As part of the application for a scholarship I need to come up with an 8 minute presentation and its subject needs to divide the public opinion so that the others can debate other 8 minutes on this certain topic. In fact, the presentation should be more like a prelude to the debate... The task says that the subject was supposed to be unique, interesting and creative.

Which topic do you think would fit all these criteria? So far I could think of these topics:
-Is animal testing a bad thing? (it was banned from the EU last week...)
-Is any of the economic systems better than the others? Do we need a new one?
-Global warming: real threat or just imagined?
-There are no bad children, just bad parents
-Is the world develping or is it just changing?
-Do we need space exploration?

I would be glad if you could give me some advice.

Writing Feedback / THE LEVEL OF IMPRISONMENT in UK, Australia, NZ, US and Canada (IELTS GRAPH) [3]

For your information you have toput a space after every comma, dot, etc...

For instance instead of these:
"...in 1970 with 70000 prisoners.Similarly,the amount of prisoners... "
"...period of years.In addition ,the figures..."

You shoudl write:
"...in 1970 with 70000 prisoners. Similarly, the amount of prisoners... "
"...period of years. In addition, the figures..."

"of the period in US,this in turn gives danger"
"in turn" is not correct here.

You missed a space there... :D

I think you should just put a dot after Olympiads and then start a new sentece. But if you want to use this hyphen-structure, you need a space before it and you have to put another hyphen after you ended this thought.

On the whole it is a clear, well-written essay with nice structures.

Hi Guys,

today I got a pretty interesting task. I need to come up with an 8 minute presentation and its subject needs to divide the public opinion so that the others can debate other 8 minutes on this certain topic. In fact, the presentation should be more like a prelude to the debate... The task says that the subject was supposed to be unique, interesting and creative.

Which topic do you think would fit all these criteria? I have already come up with some ideas, but they don't seem to be very interesting... (for instance: pope, korea, or maybe I should pick just something general I do some research on it). I would be glad if you could give me some advice.
