Some people say that young and energetic employees are the most valuable for the company, others argue that older employees have more experience and knowledge. To what extent do you agree or disagree? Give your opinion and examples, based on your own experience

Every manager goal is to select the best personnel. What kind of stuff they must choose it depends on the specifics of the job. If some kind of job needs experienced employees, the other job requirement is more young and energetic employees. However, older employees are more experienced, from my point of view young people have ability to perform the job well, because they are more motivated, purposeful, active and have a sense of responsibility.

IELTS - News editors decide what to broadcast. Would it be better if more good news was reported?

Media is commercial foundation. So, how much time will be media product viability it has been defined by the market. Editors are interested in media product stay on the market during a long time. For this reason, they provide auditory news, which is common and suitable for all time. It is a reason why we give information about wars, revolutions and other disruptions. In fact, auditory defines what editor shows them. There is one simple principle, if is demand, there is giving, too. It is the one the most major factor what impacts on the editor's decision.

As I mentioned global interesting theme is war. So, we give negative and bad news permanently. We are listening to endless news about East wars, demonstrations in Egypt, Syria. From my point of view, to reach goals and increase circumstance is easily by this way. An editor needs themes which will bring more viewers. Gradually, the media came out of human interest and it had converted as mass production.

If the editors think of, about population and they will report more good news, and also if they would not be oriented to strain the situation artificially, watching or reading newspaper and TV would be more pleasant for us. And also, in my opinion media must be oriented on human development and give them more positive than negative.

Music is the important part of our life and it is the reason why the music has so many types and genres. Music is part of art, by which people could spread their ideas or messages in people. As we remember the Beatles were the first group of musicians who broke the stereotypes. And everybody was amazing, that they could change the views of society. Music encourages people to speak of rhythm with more creativity.

As I mentioned, music is the part of art. You can express your opinions, views and ideas from it. International music has enormous auditory and army of listeners. So, international music can impact on the world's population. It can make big changes in the world's society. Of this or other arguments I think that international music is more important.

Traditional music has the least amount of listeners and this number is more and more shorten when new generations are coming in society. The ideas or views are not important today what was in the past. New generations can't understand and they can't give the same pleasure from these songs.

Finally international music has also impacted on traditional music. Nowadays, when the giving of information is very simple, national musician's effort to gain their achievement and they want to become as popular and valuable as world's famous singers. So they try to resemble them and they are following international musician's way.
