Some people say that young and energetic employees are the most valuable for the company, others argue that older employees have more experience and knowledge. To what extent do you agree or disagree? Give your opinion and examples, based on your own experience
Every manager goal is to select the best personnel. What kind of stuff they must choose it depends on the specifics of the job. If some kind of job needs experienced employees, the other job requirement is more young and energetic employees. However, older employees are more experienced, from my point of view young people have ability to perform the job well, because they are more motivated, purposeful, active and have a sense of responsibility.
