Writing Feedback / Summary of Article "Britain's First Female Doctor" [2]

The first female doctor of Britain was Elizabeth Garrett Anderson. She was described as a happy girl even she was claimed as a stupid one in her childhood period. The only one who supported her dream to be the first female doctor in Britain is her father. Her father believed that girls should have as good an education as boys. This was also the reason for the father to educate his daughter at home with some teenage years at a boarding school for girls.

Many ignorance Elizabeth got, when she was known as a woman who wanted to be a female doctor. Most doctors and surgeons did not agree female joining their ranks. The medical colleges also did the same thing. When Elizabeth sent her applications to teaching hospitals and universities, all of them were sobering up. The Society shrank alarm, but her father threatened to prosecute it and finally in 1865 Elisabeth could pass the exams. When she died there in 1917, her London hospital was renamed after her in her honor.

Writing Feedback / Summery article of "Superfood doesn't mean anything, so let's stop using it" [4]

People, nowadays are easily to believe the promise offers by the superfoods related to get health and longevity. The superfoods may take attentions of public an otherwise poor diet and inactive lifestyle when those contain a magical elixir of life. It will easily to be sold.

One of the superfood examples is Chia seed. It is easy to digest when it prepared appropriately. By selecting separately the boldest superfood claims, comparing the nutritional profiles with less exotic fare and talking to experts, we get some evidence-based conclusions, not all of which go against the grain. Briefly, some things sold as superfoods are nutritionally superior to other, but many more are not.

That is informative knowledge. But the industrial food has no real interest to help consumers sorting the chia seeds from the chaff. Nutrition scientists have little appetite to do the lengthy and expensive clinical trials that would furnish clearer answers. Ban the term superfood altogether. It is not anything in meaning, and it harms than good.
