Also, I need separate bathroom, it would be private and not shared bathroom. Small kitchen and living room is better, but I am not really concerning it. I would like to have separate water and electricity bills, and I do not need any telephone connection, because I have wireless internet connection for my Laptop, also I have my mobile phone.
