my name is baixue, i was born in genhe , a small town in the east of inner mongolia .i have been lived there still attended jilin university learn chemistry in 1998.

i 'm condidate for the position of process engineer.
my work experience for this condition as follow.

i came to shanghai in december 2004 for work. in the past five years, i have been in ** company.
in this company, my responsabity is retest fomula in laboratry then arrange pilot and enlarge product . in the period,i need provide technical date to QC and write S.O.P to product operator. so i must communicate among R&D,QC,HES,PD. we achieve enlarge produce 7 new products.

with the experience and achievment, i was appointed PM manage in augst 2009.
except the techenical experience,i have manage experience.
in the past years,i manage the polyeater labratory. inculding 5s and safety. i have the intenal audit experience of ISO 9000 and ISO 14001 OHSAS 18000.
i have strong responsibility and communication ability ,hard work and flexible thinking.
this is my introduce.

i changed my experience as following:
