Dear Admissions Committee,
It is my pleasure to extend my highest recommendation for xxxxxxxx for admission to your program.
I am xxxxxx, the counselor at xxxxxxx, where she completed high school. Since our initial meeting upon her admittance to our high school, I have known xxxxxxxx for a period of two years. I am honored to compose this letter on her behalf.

xxxxxxxx demonstrated the utmost commitment and consistency in her academic work during her time at xxxxxx. Her enthusiasm for the subject and her knowledge make her a perfect fit for your program. She is a perceptive and competitive individual with a high aptitude for math and science. Her desire to gain insight into the creation or operation of things is profound. I was able to witness her commitment to her career personally because of her involvement in the science exhibition. She collaborated with juniors and classmates to create an excellent hydraulic bridge application of Newton's law. Her team's creation of the first-place school magazine during the epidemic gave me another opportunity to see her inventiveness and leadership in action.

xxxxxxxx's personal strengths are as impressive as her intellectual accomplishments. She is an observant person who takes her time to understand things before taking any action. She thrives on doing her very best at anything in which she takes part, which usually leaves her companions inspired to follow her. Hritima's the perfect person to get a group project rolling, but she also knows how to sit back and allow others to take the initiative.

I genuinely recommend xxxxxxxx for enrollment in your course. She has shown excellence in all that she puts her mind to, whether it's designing an experiment, collaborating with others, or stepping outside of her comfort zone to accomplish her objectives. xxxxxxxx's insatiable curiosity will undoubtedly allow her to grow and succeed in college and beyond. If you need any further information, please do not hesitate to contact me.

Sincerely,

The problem with this letter is that you are claiming to be the counselor at the school. So the focus of the counselor is on the personal development and peer to peer relationship of the student. The counselor does not have an academic focus on the student. Well, alright, I will admit that there is some academic focus, but not to the extent depicted in this letter. That is what will tip off the reviewer that it was the student and not the counselor who wrote the letter. You cannot write this letter for yourself. You need to distance and allow someone else to write the letter on behalf of the counselor. You are not focusing on the correct aspects of the letter, as written by a counselor.
