Dear Mr. Voldemort,
We would be honoured if you could attend a special event at Danang University - Glocall 2019 conference. The conference being held at a University of Foreign Language Studies, it is going to start at 8th October 2019. There will be a lot of lecturers who make presentations about the importance of technology on language learning. A conference aims to share knowledge, research and experience on hown to use computer technology to make language learning more effective and pleasant.

I am were pleased to invite you as a speaker. You can also share your knowledge and experience, how to use technology to explore how it can be adapted to better meet the local needs of students and teachers at Hogwarts. And to bring the technology within the reach of local teachers who wish to develop their professionalism in computer-assisted language learning.

We would be grateful if you could attend the Glocall conference 2019. Please indicate whether you will be able to attend. I look forward to hear from you soon.

While I think that you had a concise writing pattern in the first parts of your writing, you still needed to be more specific with the information you're putting out there. For example, that first sentence needs to be hammered down a lot more, especially if you intend for readers to pick up on what the event means. It is insufficient to just mention that it will showcase the importance of xxx. Try to be more specific with the goals of the event to make it appear more specific and technical.

When you're inviting someone to speak, it would also be better if you incorporated their own credentials to show that they are the right fit for the position. This will create a stronger position for the person himself to appreciate the rest of the writing.
